Departure by bus from Špindlerův Mlýn
The journey begins with a bus ride from Špindlerův Mlýn to the ridges to Špindlerova Bouda, at an altitude of 1,198 m.

From Špindlerova Bouda, you will go uphill along the signposted route | cesta česko-polského přátelství = of Czech-Polish friendship.
Crossing Slunečník (1,423 m above sea level)
The path leads through the Polední kameny | Slunečník (tourist point), from where you already perceive the wonderful views of the Polish Krkonoše Mountains on mountain lakes → "Malý and Velký Stav".

Silesian hut (1,395 m above sea level)
The next point on the route is Slezská bouda (mountain chalet), where you can rest and gain strength for the final ascent.
Ascent to Sněžka (1,603 m above sea level)
The final destination is the peak of Sněžka, the highest mountain in the Czech Republic. After reaching the top, you can return back using one of the routes offered.
